Nikki Johnson-Kunz — aka Tx Shrimp Diva — is a female commercial deckhand who hauls shrimp out of Galveston Bay alongside her 90-something father-in-law, Pops Kunz, one of the oldest working shrimpers in Texas. She does it all in pink slickers, fabulous lashes, and perfectly manicured nails. She's been featured in Texas Monthly, built a massive following across Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram, and she's on a one-woman mission to save the Gulf shrimping industry — one salty, hilarious video at a time.
